The parade of Independence Day of my country occurs every year very honorably and delightfully. This special day is on December 16th of each year. People wait eagerly
every year to enjoy this special parade. This big arrangement takes place on the biggest stadium of the city. This big stadium has the capacity of 60,000 people. So people try to get the ticket before being sold out. However, this delightful parade shows live on TV.
So, the people who cannot go there enjoy from home.
The Independence Day parade starts on 9.00 A.M. But the stadium is filed with people by seven o’clock. People of all ages wear the same colors costumes, which is red and green. This is the combination of our national flag colors. Therefore, it seems like the national flag is everywhere in the stadium, which is obviously very exiting. However, in the mean time the parade begins. First there is the welcome sound of our national song. A group of army marches by and shows the guard of honor to our president. The same way the people stand up and show their honor to the president. Next different section of the army marches by one by one such as the army of Infantry, the army of Artillery, the army of medical care etc. Then a band usually marches by, and a group of Para trooper shows their talent with different trick. In the mean time fifteen to twenty fighter plane pass by.
At this time, the people start clapping and they wave their hand in order to show them the most respect. After about an hour, the parade passes by and the first part of the parade ends.
The second part starts with besha way. The children from different school join in this special parade. They pass by group. Different school shows different type of games, fun and cultural show. For instance, Azimpur schools students show their talent by doing different cultural games. First a group marches by, playing a popular tune such as the theme from our popular folk songs. At this time, people start clapping and dancing to the music. In the meantime another group come with different colors costume, which is similar to our country map. They start playing their games with music. Suddenly they appear themselves with our country map. People get more excited and they stat dancing.
They throw beads and souvenir coins to the talent children. Usually, they catch the coins, but sometimes one hits the ground. Then another team comes and the charms continued in the same way. After about an hour the parade with beshamorik also finished.
After the parade people come out from the stadium and they marches by. The police on motorcycle always lead the parade to clear the street. The whole day there is a image of this parade in the city. The lights of the city never turn off for the honor of this parade. People eagerly wait every year as the same way to show the respect to the people who fought for our country and also enjoy the excitement of the parade.
